The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named StarSriMa

  • (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Sri Ma Vidyalaya, Near Hiranandani Estate, Thane West 400607.

  • refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • refers to the Application or the Website or both.

  • refers to Sri Ma Vidyalaya, accessible from https://www.smvthane.srima.edu.in

  • means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

IN case of any grievance or glitch in your order you may send us an email on support.smvthane@smgi.edu.in within 7 days of making the payment. Your grievance will be reviewed and you will receive a reply within 7 working days after the receipt of  your email. Any refund will be processed within 7 days of replying to your email.

Conditions for Returns

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any order in case it is against a fee invoice duly raised and remaining unpaid for. Any excess payment will be refunded only if the parent initiates a refund request. Else the same shall be adjusted against future invoices.
